My challenge was to make Valentine cards without using red hearts. I think I succeeded. I found some lovely vellum in the vast storehouse of paper in my studio and came up with two designs that I think fill the bill. Lime green, pastel pink and purple sound valentiney, right? And could I possibly make a Valentine card without birds? The short answer is: No. Gee, I hope you like them as much as I do.
